Amélioration des performances des applications vue

Nous avons un wiki chez TeamHood. Il existe un ensemble de recommandations, notamment sur la manière d'améliorer les performances d'un frontend lourd sur vue.js. Il fallait améliorer les performances, car en raison des spécificités, nos écrans principaux n'ont pas de pagination. Il y a des clients qui ont plus d'un millier de ces cartes sur un tableau kanban / gantt, tout cela devrait fonctionner sans décalage.
