Depuis quelques semaines, l'actualité de la «nouvelle ère de l'art numérique», des ventes de mèmes et d'œuvres d'artistes numériques pour des centaines de milliers (!) Non, des millions de dollars ont été entendus partout! C'est à la fois une opportunité pour les artistes numériques de gagner enfin leur joli sou, et pour les collectionneurs - de l'emporter sur leur collection de gifs. Cela paraît bien? Ouais, maintenant.
Avant Habra aussi obtenu NFT-hystérie, donc je vais écrire sur ce phénomène d'angle légèrement différent.
La possession
Le désir d'acheter quelque chose découle de la prise de conscience de la valeur de ce qui est acheté. Avec un cryptoart, la «propriété» d'un objet sur la blockchain est revendiquée. Mais nous vivons toujours dans un monde juridique qui réglemente ces relations entre les personnes. NFT n'est nulle part et de quelque manière que ce soit réglementé ou reconnu comme un moyen de désigner la propriété. Si nous faisons une analogie d'un point de vue juridique, alors acheter un cryptoart revient à acheter un complot sur la lune ou à appeler une étoile par votre propre nom. Récemment, on m'a montré une annonce sur Facebook pour «Devenir un Seigneur». L'essentiel est que vous pouvez acheter un pied carré de terrain en Écosse pour 49,95 $ et, selon la loi écossaise, recevoir officiellement le titre de Lord.
En termes simples, les marchés assimilent un jeton blockchain à la signification juridique de posséder quelque chose.
